Returns & Exchanges
Our hope is that you adore your Radiant Moon Threads, and they make you feel beautiful! But we know that sometimes it doesn't work out.
So, we accept returns and exchanges that are unworn and unwashed with no smoke, odors, stains, pet hair, etc.
All returns and exchanges must be received within one month of purchase.
Returns are refunded to the original form of payment.
Exchanges are processed as store credit for the cost of the original item purchased.

We seek to create clothing that is long lasting to divert unnecessary waste from landfills.
In the rare event you receive a flawed item, we will replace, repair or issue store credit on a individual basis. We need to be notified of any flaws within one month of delivery to be considered our responsibility.
If an item needs a repair due to normal wear and tear, please contact us to arrange shipping and an estimate. We seek to keep this cost as low as possible.
